Cork band The Shaker Hymn’s new EP 'The Shape of the Sea' (released on April 10th) is a follow up to their critically acclaimed 2016 album 'Do You Think You're Clever'. Musically, the new EP shows a softer side of the band, with inspiration from singer Caoilian Sherlock and Robbie Barron's favorite artists including John Prine, Steve Gunn, The Lost Brothers and Joan Shelley. The result is a beautiful, melodic alt-folk collection of songs

James Darkin at work on new Funeral Suits & Propeller Palms albums!

James Darkin has a busy 2016 ahead!  He's currently in the final stages of mixing the second Funeral Suits album, due later this year on Rubyworks Records.  James is also in the studio producing and mixing the Propeller Palms new album also due in 2016.  Looking forward to hearing both of these!

Big Congrats are in order for Naoise Roo!  Her album 'Lilith' was named 'Best Irish Album of 2015' by Remys Music & Film and she was also included as one of Golden Plec's 'Irish Women Rocked 2015'.  Congrats Naoise!

James Darkin's "We're In" featured in independent documentary 'The Queen of Ireland'

Tremolo is proud to have recently placed the track "We're In" by composer James Darkin in the independent Irish documentary 'The Queen of Ireland'.   The film follows Panti’s journey from her small hometown in the West of Ireland through striding the world-stage and being instrumental in the recent success of the marriage equality referendum in Ireland.  Congrats to James on being part of such an amazing and inspiring project!
